If you need driving directions to the ranch here they are... 

From Jacksboro go west 1-2 miles on hwy 380 to hwy 4 then south 14 miles to Halsell Road then west (right) on a windy, hilly gravel road for 4 miles to Marluc Bella Vita Ranch on your right. You’ll know you are here when you see the 8 foot cedar fence on your right and the overhead power lines. Address is 4636 Halsell Ranch Road, Jacksboro 76458. Cell is 214-850-8778.
