Marluc Bella Vita Ranch on Lake Godstone is a wildlife and sports retreat facility on 188 acres of wooded meadow and forest surrounding Lake Godstone; a 40 foot deep stocked lake with six partially covered docks with canoe moorings and swim ladders. The lodge sleeps 35 people in four large private bedrooms and two upper floor dormitories with a large, long fully furnished porch overlooking the lake. It is rented “all or none” to one group at a time. We also rent a three-bedroom guest home, 2 group campgrounds, 5 secluded tent-sites, one motor home/large RV group campsite, four fully furnished cabins, three primitive cabins, primitive campsites and we include a sports complex featuring a field house/coaches quarters (available for rent), sand volley ball, basketball, soccer and baseball practice fields and an observatory with telescope We also have a 4 mile hike and bike trail. With six miles of auto friendly gravel trails and another four miles of dirt and rock mountain bike-and-hike trails and plenty of wildlife in the forest around the lake and the grasslands of the upper meadow, nature lovers will be thrilled. In addition to Lake Godstone we have three fishing ponds including a new crappie pond below Lake Godstone. Rent our side by side UTV's, golf cart, or our pontoon boat, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats and row boat and expand your adventure and enjoyment of our 188 acre retreat ranch. The parking lot will handle 20 vehicles. Free Wifi is campus wide.

The two-story Lodge has four bedrooms, two upper floor dormitories, three bathrooms inside, a bath with showers outside above the water slide, a classroom with tables and chairs, couches and large screen TV, upper deck, large patio with restaurant booths overlooking Lake Godstone (fish off the porch) couches and chairs, large fire pit with rock seating, private boat dock with two kayaks and a canoe, large fully-equipped kitchen with three sinks, two stoves with ovens, two large fridges (and a third on the porch), two washers, two dryers, a dishwasher, a den with two couches and large screen TV, two large dining tables, a commercial ice maker, largely parking lot for 25-30 cars, a minnow tank, a fish tank, an aquaponic greenhouse, hot food table, high speed wifi, telephone, solar panel system with backup battery in case of power outage, propane grill, propane, bbq, charcoal bbq, sand fenced playground, waterslide, burglar alarm system and a great view of the lake and one of our many wildlife feed stations.
